I am convinced that you will be SingN a Happy Song by the headwear that you purchase from YoHaTdawg and will want to come back to see our new collections and buy even more. However, if not completely satisfied with your purchase simply contact us and we will do whatever we can to make things right. Transparency is key at YoHaTdawg.

Yo do to the nature of headwear and products that have been worn on another persons head. RETURNS shall meet the following prerequisites. 

Examples of approved returns include significant damage not disclosed in the listing. and/or significant size discrepancy of at least 2 inches. Please note that YoHaTdawg Headwear is designed so that the hat can be styled to different styles and appearances. What may appear to be a large size is actually part of the design of the HAT. Please contact us if this is questionable.

Oversized headwear can be shaped so that it gives you different styles and appearances. Shaping/Styling your new YoHaTdawg HAT is separate from the fit. If the HAT is just not an appropriate fit, please submit the piece for return.  Again, we want you to be satisfied with our pieces.

We will offer you a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, no stains on the HAT from YoHead. with the tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@yohatdawg.com. If your return is accepted, you can return it back to YoHaTdawgLA at 7372 Melrose AVE, Los Angeles California 90046 OR will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please Note, What appears to be a hanging thread, curved stitch it's no glitch. It's no flaw. Its ART. Its YoHaTdawg Ya'LL.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
